Bergamot/Vanilla -

                                                calming and reduces stress /anxiety  and uplifts mood/emotions.  Vanilla is also a mood booster uplifting

                                                emotions and assists to relax and calm, it is a natural room deodorizer.

Blue Gum Eucalyptus -

a sharp, sweet menthol and honey aroma - native of the Australian bush.  Natural dye colour - pale                                                                    green - can also be made white (no colour).  Eucalyptus is known to repel mosquitoes and bugs, make

                                                      breathing easier by clearing nasal and chest congestion as well as soothes and calms nerves.

Lavender  -

a light, fresh floral scent with sweet herbal and balsamic undertones.  Natural dye colour - light lavender blue - 

                            can also be made white (no colour).  Lavender is known to calm, soothe, relax and induce rest/sleep.

Lemon Myrtle -

a strong, sweet, citrus, lemon-lolly aroma perfumed with menthol notes.  White (no colour) - can also be made pale

                                       yellow.  Lemon myrtle is known to improve focus/concentration, uplift emotions/mood and make breathing feel

                                       clearer.

Rose Geranium -

sweet floral rosy scent with green herbaceous notes.  Natural dye colour - light pink - can also be made white

                                         (no colour).  Rose Geranium has anti-stress effects - calms, relaxes and reduces anxiety.

Ylang Ylang -

a floral romantic aroma with hints of custard, jasmine, banana, neroli, and honey.  Natural dye colour yellow -

                                  can also be made white (no colour).  Ylang Ylang reduces anxiety, increases self-esteem, uplifts mood and has been   

                                  found in some studies to lower blood pressure and reduce heart rate.
